How do I get started with TrueSmile?

Download TrueSmile from the App Store, create an account, and you can start generating smile previews right away. Take a photo of your patient or upload one from your gallery, and our AI will generate multiple smile variations.

What devices are supported?

TrueSmile is currently available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). An Android version and web app are planned for future release.

How many smile generations do I get?

Generation limits depend on your subscription plan. Free accounts receive a limited number of monthly generations. Premium plans include higher quotas suitable for busy dental practices.

Can I share results with my patients?

Yes! TrueSmile includes built-in sharing features. You can email smile previews directly to your patients with proper consent management built in.

Is my patient data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Google Cloud infrastructure. Each user's photos are stored in isolated private folders, and strict access controls ensure only you can access your data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to view and cancel your plan.

The AI-generated smile doesn't look right. What should I do?

For best results, ensure the photo is well-lit, in focus, and shows the patient's teeth clearly. Front-facing photos with a natural smile produce the best results. You can always regenerate with a new photo.
